Wild-Caught Smoked Albacore Tuna

This wild albacore tuna is hook-and-line caught in the Northwest Pacific by small boat fishermen.

It's brined in sea salt, garlic, black pepper, and curry powder, and smoked in small batches over alderwood, hand-packed, and packaged by a heritage cannery in British Columbia.

Our tins are BPA-free.
